MAG Device Setup

Dedicated IPTV set-top boxes for stable streaming

MAG devices are dedicated IPTV set-top boxes designed for stable and high-quality streaming. Setting up your IPTV subscription on a MAG device is simple and only takes a few minutes. Follow the step-by-step instructions below to get started.

Connect Your MAG Device

First, connect your MAG device to your TV using an HDMI cable. Then connect the device to the internet using either Wi-Fi or a LAN (Ethernet) cable.

Once connected, power on the device and wait for it to load.

Open System Settings

Using your MAG remote control, navigate to the main menu and follow this path:

SettingsSystem SettingsServersPortals

This is where you will configure your IPTV portal details.

Configure Portal Settings

In the Portals menu, you will see options for Portal 1 and Portal 2.

Primary Subscription (Portal 1):

Portal 1 Name: Enter IPTV Shop
Portal 1 URL: Enter the Portal URL provided in your activation email

⚠️ Important: Make sure the Portal URL is typed exactly as provided, including http:// or https://.

Optional: Second Subscription

If you have ordered a second subscription, you can configure it as follows:

Portal 2 Name: Leave empty unless you ordered a second subscription
Portal 2 URL: Leave empty unless you ordered a second subscription

If you only have one subscription, leave Portal 2 completely blank.

Save and Reboot

After entering the portal information, save all settings and exit the menu. Now reboot the MAG device to apply the changes.

Load Channels

Once the device restarts, it will automatically connect to the IPTV server. Please wait patiently while the system loads your channels. This may take a few moments, depending on your internet speed.

When the channel list appears on your TV screen, your setup is complete and you can start watching live TV and other available content.

Troubleshooting & Support

If the channels do not load or you experience any playback issues, we recommend:

Double-checking the Portal URL
Restarting your MAG device
Restarting your internet router
